Return, Shipping Time, Etc.

The cut off time for all orders is 2 p.m. EST. Orders received after that time will ship the next business day. Some of our factory locations only ship with the U.S. Postal Service. Express Mail generally arrives the next business day but sometimes it will take 2 days. Receipts are often mailed separately. Please remember that all charges are billed as "Ron's Rhinestones."


Absolutely no exchnges without prior authorization (by phone or email). For any shipment sent back to New Attitude Wigs for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee imposed. Eligible Products: In original, factory condition (unaltered, UNWORN, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange) Exchange must be requested within 3 days of receiving your original order.

Our online catalong will let you know if the wig is a standard or large size wig.

We offer exchanges but no refunds. We do not offer shipping refunds on non-damaged wigs. We strongly suggest sending a hair sample or purchasing a color ring prior to ordering if you are unsure about color. You may exchange any wig.To obtain an exchange, item must be in the original form,
unused, unbrushed, unworn, with no smells, (perfume,smoke, b.o., etc) or it will be refused. Original packing and netting must be attached along with tags. Do not remove tags and such until you are sure it is the right item for you!

Once worn and brushed, smoked around, etc,it is yours to keep.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at
customers expense. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Your merchandise must be back to us in the original packaging and in new condition. We do not refund shipping costs in the case non-damaged goods.

AGAIN, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN
AUTHORIZATION; EITHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL.

Your refund will be processed when your returned items are received.


DO YOU HAVE A PRINT CATALOG?

At this time, we do not offer a print catalog.
Our collection changes quite frequently. Our photos are compressesd and download quickly.


WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We stock 85% of our line at all times.
Regular shipping time from start to finish is 7 business days to you if you are in the U.S.A. 14 days internationally.
